Short answer to a perfect removal without ripping any pads is to completely remove the board, use 480 C hot air at 80% airflow, wait until the leg solder liquifies so you KNOW the hidden pins are also liquified. For a while here I forgot I was filming, but you do get to see my genuine reaction to bringing this device back to life :D
