Mixxie Powers's video: Geri Miller improvs a strange story in FLesh

Geri Miller in "Flesh" telling bizarre but oddly funny rape story. I'm posting it because I immediately thought of this scene after all the hullabaloo over the comedian Daniel Tosh scaring that woman at the Laugh Factory. It is possible to talk about rape in a way that provides relief in a comic way. This scene is improved but Geri Miller tells it so fast and with so much conviction you wonder if she is actually relating a real incident (although she never dated Joe, either she substituted him for an actual boyfriend or she just made that part up for the film---of course, she could have also made the whole part up). There is another humorous conversation about rape in a deleted scene from this film. The person talking about rape is a man (Joe Dallesandro) but considering the man is someone who supported himself from the age of 15 by hustling and posing for physique magazines, I feel like his POV of rape is very valid. Geri Miller, wound up disappearing off the face of the Earth. The last anyone at the Warhol Factory heard from her she had made a bizarre disjointed, very schizophrenic sounding phone call, possibly from a mental institution. So sad because she was very charming and funny in a classic dingbat kind of way.
