I take a look inside the awesome Wheat Ridge Cyclery bike shop in Denver Colorado. While there, I interviewed former US Professional and Tour De France rider Ron Kiefel from the famous 7-Eleven cycling team. This bike shop is arguably one of the best bike shops in Denver , if not the whole state of Colorado. Wheat Ridge Cyclery was started in 1975 by Eugene Kiefel and has grown to a massive and super cool bike shop experience. Best of all, Eugene's son Ron Keifel, evolved into a top US Professional Road Cyclist. Ron competed in 7 Tours De France, the 1985 Giro D'Italia, the 1984 Olympics and is in the United States Bicycling Hall of Fame. Get this.. Ron regularly hangs out at Wheat Ridge ! If he's in the shop, you can ask to meet him and talk about his career or just the amazing history of this legendary bike shop.
