The Curtiss Hawk 81-A-2 (also known as the Tomahawk or P40) served with a variety of nations during the Second World War. Join me in this video as I take a look inside the box of the Curtiss Hawk 81-A-2 in 1/72 scale from Airfix, finding out what the plastic parts, decals and instructions are like. This tooling dates from 2011 and this particular kit has been available in a number of other paint schemes. This version depicts a Hawk of the Flying Tigers (American Volunteer Group) in China in 1942.
