Modern Nanay by ChefNanay Melisa's video: BASIC MOIST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE QUICK AND EASY

1 ¼ CUP 150 GRAMS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR ½ CUP COCOA POWDER 1 CUP 180 GRAMS SUGAR ¼ TSP SALT ½ TSP BAKING SODA ¾ CUP OIL ½ CUP BUTTERMILK ½ CUP COFEE 2 PCS EGGS INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Prepare the buttermilk and cold coffee in advance. In a mug dissolve 1 tsp coffee powder to ½ cup of hot water and set aside to cool. Then in bowl combine ½ tbsp vinegar and ½ cup of milk stir and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 160 C (320 F) and place the cupcake liner to a 3 oz pan. 3. Sift all the dry ingredients; all purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and baking soda. Set aside. 4. In a bigger bowl mix all the wet ingredients; oil, prepared buttermilk and cold coffee, lastly the eggs. Beat until well combined. 5. Then combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients. Careful not to over mix the batter. 6. Transfer in a jug and pour the batter in your prepared cupcake pan. 7.
