1. Refrigerate EVER-WHIP at least 8 hours before use. 2. 1 cup = 250 ml or 250 grams 3. 1 cup can cover 5x6 or 8x3 4. Add 2-3 tbsp powder sugar or condesed milk to sweetened. 5. Add sugar once frothy (mabula na) 6. Beat for 3 minutes then scrape the side then beat for another 2-3 minutes until stiff peak. 7. Use gel food color for best results. 8. Unopend box can last upto 1 year. 9. Opened and transferred to plastic can last upto 3 months. 10. Performance may vary with temperature.
