FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES INGREDIENTS: 1 CUP MELTED BUTTER 225 GRAMS 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR 200 GRAMS ½ CUP WHITE SUGAR 90 GRAMS 2 TSP VANILLA 1 TSP SALT 3 LARGE EGGS 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 CUP COCOA POWDER 2 CUP CHOCOLATE CHOPPED 300 GRAMS INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease pan or line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. Set aside. In a microwave-safe glass or bowl, combine the butter and chopped chocolate. Melt in 30 second increments, whisking after each, until completely smooth. Transfer chocolate mixture into a bigger bowl. Whisk in the sugar until completely combined, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla. The batter will be light brown and a little dull looking. Sift the cocoa powder, flour, salt and then add the remaining chopped chocolate. Fold it all together with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.  Pour the batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or up until the middle is hard to touch. Let it cool for 30 minutes - 1 hour before cutting, Serve and Enjoy!
