CHOCOLATE CRINKLES INGREDIENTS: 3/4 CUP COCOA POWDER 1 CUPS WHITE SUGAR 1/2 CUP OIL 2 EGGS 1 TSP VANILLA 1 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 TSP BAKING POWDER 1/4 TSP SALT ½ CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR 2 TBSP CORNSTARCH INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a bowl combine cocoa powder, sugar and vegetable oil beat the mixture using a hand mixer. 2. Add whole eggs, scrape the bowl in every addition. Then stir in vanilla extract 3. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and salt, then fold gently into the mixture. 4. Cover the mixture with cling wrap, placing it directly against the surface to avoid formation of skin. 5. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours but best overnight. 6.Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, scoop dough and roll in your palm to form spheres. 7. Coat the dough with confectioner sugar and place it on prepared sheet pan. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 10-15 minutes. Do not over bake. 9. Let the cookies cool in a pan before serving or storing..
