從烏溪沙利安邨起步，恒安邨終點，全程雖祇5公里多些，但路途崎嶇難行，且上落高差甚大，氣力消耗不少。 Set off from Lee On Estate, thr a less propular trek to The Hunch Backs, then thr' Tiu Shau Ngam and back to the BBQ area at Ma On Shan Village Rd. This trek is demanding and spent 5.5 hrs.
