MonsterThinks's video: Visiting the National Wool Museum in Geelong

@Visiting the National Wool Museum in Geelong
We headed off to the National Wool Museum in Geelong to check out wool's colourful story, from farm to mill to garment. We get to see a 1910 Jacquard loom in operation (punch cards! PUNCH CARDS!), come face to face with the noisiest 1950s sock knitting machine in history and attempt to contribute to a communally woven tapestry. I pay my respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging and I extend that acknowledgment to all other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and to all First Nations people around the world. I acknowledge that this Country was never ceded and that I live, work and create on stolen land.
