MootroidXproductions's video: Metroid s 30th Anniversary Celebration

@Metroid's 30th Anniversary Celebration!
Today marks the 30th anniversary of Metroid, my favorite video game series of all time. It was the series that got me into gaming, and it even helped to get me into animation. I'm not sure if you understand, but Metroid means a whole lot to me. Of course, it seems that Nintendo doesn't feel the same way. Time and time again the series is either poorly handled or abandoned and left for dead. It's been six years since the last time Samus arrived on a console, and almost a full decade since the last good game. True, we've got Federation Force coming, but that was almost a slap in the face to Metroid fans, given the timing of the announcement. It really upsets me to know that the series is effectively dead. The story and characters had so much potential- I can't help but feel that if Nintendo put its fans in control of the series, it would be stronger than ever. So today, I fully expect absolutely nothing to happen; no surprise trailers or announcement, not even acknowledgement. Nintendo has neglected its best franchise for years, and I believe they will continue to do so for years to come. I truly hope to be proven wrong. This video is not intended for users under the age of 13 due to the use of a character from a T-rated video game and the use of a collector-grade action figure. The music is What's Past Is Prologue by Theophany, from the album Harmony of a Hunter. I strongly recommend you check it out. I don't own the song and have used it for entertainment purposes only.
