Tone-Up and Burn Fat at home with this at home workout!!! Warm-up: Squat HIIT Complex, 2 sets, 1 minute each 2. Glute Bridges: 3 sets x15 3. One-legged Glute Bridges 3 sets x 15 (each leg) 4. Crunch Complex: 8 crunches w/ feet on ground, 8 w/ legs in air, 8 each leg straight legged scissors. That’s one circuit, rest 30 seconds in between and repeat for a total of 3 times. 5. Bicycles: 1 Minute 6. Star Crunches: 1 Minute 7. Fore-arm Plank: 1 Minute 8. Plank Up-and-Downs: 1 Minute 9. Triceps Pushups: 15-20 10. Push-ups: 15-20 11. High Jumps to Lunges: 1 Minute (each leg) 12. Walking Lunges: 3x back and forth It’s a pretty long work-out so I promise you’ll feel it. Like and subscribe for more videos on everything fitness!!
