A few of my favorite styles of cups! I added cupping to my Fasciablasting regimen 1.5 years ago. I use cupping and a variety of other soft tissue modalities on myself and customize each client treatment sessions with Blasting, cupping, scraping, vibration, hot stones, hand massage, and assisted stretching to maximize soft tissue remodeling. When purchasing a set there are many things to consider. Any cup will provide suction... picking a style to best fit your needs will be what you want to consider. Will you be placing the cups on yourself? Where do you most want to use them? Will your focus be fixed or moving cups? How much do you want to spend? LARGE (2.5”) HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I love these. These are great for fixed cupping because of the hand pump you can control the amount of suction and can get more than the silicone cups if needed but not my favorite for gliding.
