Marius Müller-Westernhagen, Selig, Sea + Air, Bon Homme, Super 700, PeterLicht, Moonlight Breakfast, The Hidden Cameras), managed sie (Selig, Max Raabe, The bianca Story, Noma), vermittelt mit der bestens vernetzten Sync Abteilung des Verlages (Jan Blomqvist, Teenage Mutants, Parasite Single, Futurecop!) handverlesene Musik für Film und Werbung, und entwickelt als Ideengeber Kooperationen und Konzepte rund um progressive Musik und darüber hinaus. Motor Music was founded as a label in 1994 by Tim Renner on behalf of Polygram ( later Universal Music). In the years to follow, the company founded by Germanys biggest major label, advanced quickly to be a pulse generator in the local independent scene with own artists such as Element of Crime, Tocotronic, Virginia Jetzt, Sportfreunde Stiller any many more. Working with Rammstein, Motor Music succeeded to set a mark internationally as well. A selection of present artists and artists of the first generation are Polarkreis 18, PeterLicht, Phillip Boa, Super700, Rainer von Vielen, Herrenmagazin, The Kabeedies, The Bianca Story and many more.
