In this video I have shared lentil soup recipe.. This recipe was originated in the Middle east and very popular in countries like: Egypt, Morocco and Turkey.. Usually Red or Yellow lentils used for this soup since they disintegrate and easy to blend. Ingredients: 2 cups Red or Yellow Lentils(washes) 1 large carrot(cubed) 1 red onion(finely diced) 8 cups of water or vegetable stock salt and pepper to taste some spices :1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, i tsp turmeric 2 tbsp chili paste or tomato paste Salt to taste 2 tbs cooking oil Hope you enjoy watching!
