So much you can do with them: Resistance Training, Rehab, Prehab👌Plus they’re perfect for those on the go🏃🏽‍♀️🎒 Here’s a warm up medley I did the other week prepping for a session. My thought process to all my warm ups is to imitate the movements I’ll be performing: squat, hinge, push. Mix them with a band to keep it interesting too and a useful guideline for form☝🏼 Give these a try...
