Move With Beddard's video: Tight Pecs How to loosen off your tight chest

@Tight Pecs? How to loosen off your tight chest.
Anyone feel like your shoulder range is restricted? Or your natural posture is a in a hunched like position (very rounded shoulders)? Have a quick look at your chest muscles aka the Pectoralis Major to be specific. The Pec Major is a superficial muscle that attaches from the clavicle (collar bone) and sternum (chest bone) to the humerus (upper arm). When the fibres become tighter they pull on the arm causing them to keep closer to the trunk restricting retraction of the scapula, shoulder flexion and abduction (arms above the head or out to the side)🏋🏽‍♀️ Try this alternative self releasing method to a lacrosse ball by using a kettlebell that covers a wider surface area. Ladies be mindful of breast tissue!😳😅
