Mr Boughton's video: Sierra Gorda Quer taro 4x4

During February we decided to seek new trails across The Sierra Gorda titled: "Cañones Querétaro 2020" by Xplora México. As usual we live a bit "far" from real off road events but the journey is still part of the adventure. Packed our bags, turned on the roaring V8 and began driving towards 'Peña de Bernal' which is considered the third biggest monolite, in the world. (Read that last phrase again with Jeremy Clarkson's voice) Day 1: Peña de Bernal, Querétaro: Fantastic tiny village with great scenic views. Day 2: The first checkpoint began at 8:30am together with a pack full of great people ready to cross through vast canyons, rivers, tunnels and more . . hoping to reach out target checkpoint by 6:30pm unto our destination; Hotel Royal SPA at Zimapán. Day 3: Morning meeting & engines running by 7am to reach our first checkpoint by 7:30am at 'Mina el Carrizal'. After reading today's schedule we knew it was gonna be a long, fun and windy day until returning to civilization by 8:30pm at Jalpan de Serra, Querétaro. Day 4: After spending the night at Jalpan de Serra we drove to @cafecortado at San Luis Potosí for an amazing meal. About the Trail: It didn't really require previous Off-road knowledge nor limited slip differentials or 4x4 just great brakes but the scenery along with the company . . That was the best!
