Designed by Willie G. Davidson and Louie Netz, Harley-Davidson built a prototype Fat Boy in Milwaukee for the Daytona Bike Week rally at Daytona Beach in 1988 and 1989. Finding a Harley Motorcycle Locksmith to work on your Harley motorcycle is difficult, and information on web forums about losing your Harley-Davidson motorcycle keys can make you nervous about hiring a motorcycle locksmith to work on your bike. We are going to make keys to a 2002 Harley Davidson Motorcycle Fat Boy. This Harley is gorgeous. To make a key is simple yet can be difficult. The Harley Davidson Motorcycle Fat Boy uses a Tubular or an Ace Lock and key for the ignition and the steering lock. The two locks are keyed alike. We will use an Ace pick or Tubular Pick to pick and read the ignition or steering lock. We will read the Tubular pick and then cut a key by code on the Miracle A9 Code Machines. Sometimes they Harley Davidson Tubular locks will pick real easy, sometimes they pick real hard. So we will pick the lock, read it, decipher the depths and then cut a key by code. When you insert the Tubular Key Blank in the Miracle A9 position the ace key with the notch up. Picking the lock quickly does not happen every time but it's nice. So we were able to read it, cut it, and the first key worked.
