With the world of music continuously evolving to the latest trend of incorporating electronic sounds, Mixed In Motion is currently focussing on promoting such Artists for the masses to enjoy. https://www.traxsource.com/label/29129/mixed-in-motion-recordings Artist LEMON & HERB Lemon & Herb is a trio of producers/djs from KZN (Kwazulu Natal Province in South Africa), namely Don Sithole, Skhumbuzo Radebe and Thansanqa Ntintili. All members grew up in KZN which is home to many other greats that are currently dominating the House and Kwaito Scene. The trio met up in Varsity while studying Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the Durban University of Technology in 2005 where they bonded over their passion for House music. During their demanding varsity schedule the trio always made time to sit back and listen to the latest tunes and get into the studio. After much patience and nurturing Lemon & Herb felt that they had reached a certain level of maturity in music production and it was time for the masses to hear their interpretation of House music. They released their first EP "Zero Ground" through their own 'Label Mixed In Motion' Recordings on Afrodesiamp3.com with one of the tracks being remixed by N'Dinga Gaba. However, their break came when they entered and won a South African Remix Competition organized by the Atjazz Record Company together with Nitefeva.com. The remix competition required participant from South Africa to do a remix of Love Someone by Atjazz himself and Robert Owens.The remix was released on traxsource.com and led to more work for the trio. Since then Lemon & Herb has done work for international House labels such as Offering Recordings, Cabana Records, Jack 2 Jazz, Arrecha Records and many more. They currently part of a compilation called Summer Solstice Voyage out of Offering Records which peaked at number one of traxsource.com album charts for more than three weeks.Lemon & Herb continued in their growth and success, and has signed a deal with Ocha Records. This is a huge leap where many artist are usually signed for singles and remixes they will release an album on Ocha records. Lemon & Herb received offers from other major labels but chose to work with Ocha Records after seeing how well the Single "Lulo Café ftNothende - I Wanna Love You"on the digital domain as well . Ocha Records has also successfully released works from Mzee, Ezel, Carlos Mena featuring remixes from Afro House juggernauts like Boddhi Satva, Culoe de Song, Justin Imperial, Tommy Bones, Manoo and many others. Lemon & Herb's deal come in time with the expansion of Ocha into South Africa through an imprint called Ocha Mzansi Lemon & Herb have achieved so much in a little over a year since their break have big dreams for themselves in the music industry, and so far they have seen most of their dreams become a reality.
