Soap Stone Powder 3 kg 3. Starch Powder (Corn Flour) 1 kg 4. Water 700 gm with 25 gm or 40 gm color as per shade required. 5. Perfume 300 gm *Process steps:* 1. Feed 20 kg noodles in the mixer and mix it till the noodles breaks into granules like powder. 2. Feed 3 kg soap stone powder and 1 kg starch powder mix it for 5 min. 3. Feed 700 gm water with 25 gm or 40 gm color as per shade required and mix it for 10 min. 4. Perfume 300 gm and mix it for 5 min 5. Feed the mixed raw materials to Triple Mill to make fine strips (mill it 2 times). 6. Feed the mill raw materails to Plodder. 7.
