I wanted to save the $15 of electricity to run an electric dryer each month but I didn't want to hang the clothes outside. I hang them inside. • In order to do that I use the Spin-X to squeeze out another liter of water per load so that the clothes dry twice as fast when you hang them. Basically what you do is put the wet laundry in here. This thing goes up to over 3,000 rpms. • You close this and in about three minutes the water will be coming into here. We'll edit the video, we're not going to show the whole thing. You'll get soapy water that gets squeezed out. You'd be surprised what comes out of here. • Even though you think your clothes are clean, there is still soapy water left. Trust me, I have a top of the line ASKO washer and it still spits out soapy water. This costs about $500, it is stainless steel, I believe it's made in Germany. You can get a Chinese made one for about $200. • After a couple of minutes the unit will automatically slow down and shut itself. The clothes ,when you take them out, are a lot drier. • Even if you don't hang the clothes after, you can save half of your gas or electricity by using the Spin-X first squeezing out half the water and then putting in the electric or gas dryer.
