Meet Little Jacob at the salvage yard off Grummer Road and get into the chopper. The target is in another chopper, flying around Liberty City, and you'll need to follow him and wait for an opportunity to take it down. U.L.P.C. don't want any civilian casualties, so you'll have to wait until the target is flying over the water before firing a shot at it. Once you reach the water beyond the Broker Bridge, get close to the chopper and stay level with it on the right-hand side so that Little Jacob can get a good shot in with the RPG. Once the chopper is down, take Jacob back to the helipad at Union Drive East to complete the mission. Niko calls U.L.P.C. afterwards to confirm that the hit was carried out successfully.
