Warm up before each exercise. EXERCISE 1: 30 Calorie Row Row for 90 seconds. Set the row machine to complete 30 calories for men or 20-25 calories for women in this time. EXERCISE 2: Dumbbell Snatch Perform 20 dumbbell snatches within 1 minute. EXERCISE 3: Burpees Perform 10 burpees in 30 seconds or less. With any remaining time on the clock jump back on the rower for bonus calories. 3 minutes of truing followed by 3 minutes of rest for a total of 5 rounds. Want more from this series?
