Hello and welcome back to my YouTube Channel! I’m Ms. Chocolate VSG and this video will be about “Update on my Top 5 Concerns Before Having Surgery:Tummy Tuck/MR/Lipo 360/BBL!" _________________________________________________ So since I’m Monday 4/22/2019 / 4 Weeks Post-Op I wanted to revisit the top 5 concerns I had before surgery and how things are working out. 1. Pain/Pain Pills – I was worried about the pain and if the medication given would be sufficient. Will tbh the first 3 days were hell however Dr. Pierce prescribed Valium and Dilaudid for the pain which I had to alternate and it really relieved the most of the pain. It also helps that my incision is still numb. 2. Bathing/Wash Offs – This was a major concern before which turn out to be just fine. I took a bird bath for one week and full wash offs on the edge of the tub the second week. The go girl really played a major part in making sure I stayed clean without any bodily fluids touching my garment. 3. Constipation – Since surgery I’ve pooped 4 times and I’ve been taking a daily stool softener to help me however I’m not going as often as usual but it’s improving as the healing process continuous. 4. Sleeping – Sleeping was a breeze because I had great support in pillows and the pain pills helped me relax before bed however being in the same spot gets painful and trying to alternate can be impossible but it can be done. 5. Faja/Garment - Wearing the faja/garment/boards were weird and overwhelming at first but it definitely helped with me with the pain and compressing my body to decreasing the swollen. _________________________________________________ Contact / Follow Me!
