MsEpicshow's video: UK: EDL storm Woolwich streets in response to public execution

Over 100 Balaclava clad English Defence League (EDL) members clashed with police Wednesday night in Woolwich, London. Two Muslim men publicly murdered a British citizen, prompting members of the far-right group to gather at the Queen's Arms pub in response. Members marched to the Woolwich Arsenal Station singing nationalistic songs and throwing glass bottles and rocks at police as authorities formed cordons around the group. EDL members initially planned to march to the Greenwich Islamic Centre but re-routed to the train station once police cordoned off road access to the centre. The group picked the Woolwich Arsenal Station because of its proximity to the scene of the murder. "Tommy Robinson", the leader of the EDL, called on members to attend via his Twitter account. The murder victim, thought to be a serving British soldier, was reportedly run down by a vehicle then attacked with knives and meat-cleavers by the two drivers in full public view and died at the scene. The perpetrators - two as yet unidentified males - were caught on camera immediately after the incident by eyewitnesses. Video footage shows the suspects holding their weapons with blood-covered hands waiting for police to arrive. Both attackers were brought down by police gunfire after allegedly confronting authorities. They are now being treated in separate local hospitals. One of the men was reported to have been carrying a firearm.
