EXTREME Balcony Transformation DIY | MsTopacJay Hey FamBam, So, I decided to transform my balcony in my rented property and I am pleased with how it turned out. I am so excited to share my balcony transformation with you. I am still in awe a couple of weeks later and I am so happy I did this. As most of my fellow renters know, we don’t always move into a property that has everything we feel we need to live comfortably for the duration we will be there. I am so glad we have options such as temporary DIY’s that wont break the bank. Speaking of which, let me say earlier on that the amount i spent on this entire transformation was less than $500 and I am not mad at it. I loved the entire process of this transformation including making Milo (my puppy)'s potty bed which would have cost me around $200 or more to get something like it and not the plastic kind even though that one intrigues me. I also LOVED making my crate to hide the hose and house my new Majestic Palm Plant. I honestly dont want to choose my most favorite thing on this balcony but i were to, like if i HAD to, I would choose the Ikea Runnen Floor Tiles.. yasss!
