Musicarta's video: How to create and run the Hiren s BootCD 15 2

@How to create and run the Hiren's BootCD 15.2
My vastly improved and updated tutorial how to create and use the Hiren's BootCD 15.2 (the latest version) can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ejtm7J7Wqyk Website: http://www.musicarta.co.uk YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/musicarta Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Musicarta-Computer-Tutorials/139191476140274?created Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/Musicarta Google Buzz: http://www.google.com/profiles/musicarta Digg: http://digg.com/Musicarta This video will show you how to create and run the 'Hiren's BootCD 15.2' which has many features including the removing or bypassing of a windows password, using mini xp and linux modes, virus removal tools. disk and backup utilities and many useful DOS and BIOS tools, all conveniently placed on one CD-ROM. More information and a complete list of all the utilities on the 'Hiren's BootCD 15.12 can be found on this website: http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd The download website used in this video (which now looks a little different) is: http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download.html For my other video on How to run the Hiren's BootCD 15.2 from a USB Flash Drive: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJQMIQ5WR9Q If you are having trouble booting from the CD, watch my video on 'How to change the boot order in the BIOS' here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZAh-dkZ6e8 This CD is functional with windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7 and linux (but not Mac). Types of CDs that I have tested (with success) are: CD Re-Writable (700mb - Philips) and DVD+R (4.7gb - imation) and DVD-R (4.7gb both Philips and Tesco). Mind you, the company of each CD is near irrelevant. This is not an exclusive list of course, but it is the list of CDs that I have personally tested with success. Most CD-ROMs will work though. You'd be unlucky if it doesn't work with a CD-ROM that you purchase. Booting from CD Troubleshooting Guide: If your computer does not boot from the CD automatically, then you will need to enter the boot selection menu and choose the 'CD' or 'CDROM' (or something similar) to boot from the CD, like shown in this video. The key on your keyboard that you have to press to get to the boot selection menu varies depending on your computer. The key on my computer is F8 but it may be different on yours. The key for your computer is often shown at the bottom of the first screen that appears when you turn on your computer; something like: Press 'F8' to enter boot menu. In the unlikely event that you can't work out what your boot menu key is or your computer doesn't have one, then checkout this extensive guide on the Hiren's BootCD official website: http://www.hiren.info/pages/bios-boot-cdrom If you are still unable to boot from the cd after thoroughly reading and trying the procedures above, then don't hesitate to contact me through the comments of this video. If you have a question about this video, after reading all of this description, please leave a comment and I will try and get back to you. If you would like to request a computer related tutorial for me to make and upload, please leave a comment on my channel and I will see what I can do. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with your computer when following the steps in my video, then it is in no way my fault and I am not responsible. I am, however, prepared to help you as best I can. If you do have a problem, feel free to get in touch.
