All of these small tutorials (put into this one video) are in an attempt to fix the problem when windows don't fit your screen/monitor properly. This video is therefore a troubleshooting video instead of a definitive, one method how to video. So this video may not necessarily fix your particular problem, but there is a good chance that it will. I hope it helps.
