@Chopping up a fallen Ash tree for firewood. How we did it.

A fallen ash tree was blocking a footpath, so we set about chopping it up for fire wood. Like so many trees, especially ash trees, this one was diseased and had rotted at the base. I always find it quite sad to chop up trees like this, but there was not a lot else to do except get it out of the way.... and it will provide useful heat and hot water for us at home. Some of these logs are too big to put on to the fire, so make sure to watch our firewood processing video too!! Music: http://www.bensound.com
