Homemade chicken recipes for babies - Chicken is a good source of proteins,iron etc and has lots of health benefits for a baby .Chicken is good for heart,brain ,immunity,mood ,energy and overall health . Like any new food ,chicken should be introduced to baby as advised by the baby's doctor when he/she starts on solid food and follow the wait period of 3-4 days without any other food to first rule out any allergy.If allergy runs in the family then do consult the doctor. Chicken should be fully cooked and for babies ,it is better to mash them well so that they don't choke on chicken pieces . It is best to buy the organic chicken without any hormone treatment or won't be that healthy for baby's developing immune system and digestion. So,here are a few homemade chicken recipes for babies and toddlers that is easy to make and super healthy. To thin out any chicken recipes,I don't use breast milk/formula milk/milk as these combinations are considered incompatible food according to Ayurveda which can cause other health issues.I use water or any apt juice to thin if necessary.
