Hey Group Members ! I made a Manual Period Tracker ⭕ ! Specially for those who don't have Smart Phones / Don't know how to use Period Tracker Applications . In this the Red Color is for Period Days, White Indicates for Normal Days, and Black is for PMS indication. 🔴Red - 6 Beads. ⚪White - 21 Beads. ⚫Black - 3 Beads 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰 Ok, so this works like : 1- Red Beads mark the start of your periods. For eg. If I have a date on the 14th of every month, I go on counting the red beads like... 14..15...16...17...18..and so on till the time my Periods go on (till 5 days) 2. The white ones indicate the normal days where I don't have my periods but the mood swings are in a preparatory mode so I count my beads as per my cycle (mind you, when I say cycles i mean a gap of 28-30 days which should normally be there between the dates on which I have my periods, like 14 of this month to the 14 of next month). 3- oh! When it is about to come again, reflect on those 3 Black beads which act as an alarm of PMS. By this time, your counting of 30 beads should be completed and in case if you get an appropriate date (like the 14 or 15 of the next month in this case) congratulations! You period tracker says that you have normal and regular periods! If the date extends/ comes early by more than a week, you need to go to a Doctor.
