I'm taking you along to show you what I eat in a day on AIP! AIP is the Auto Immune Protocol and it is a clean way of eating that eliminates ALL food/drink items that are commonly inflammatory. Then after an elimination phase where you solely eat the non-inflammatory foods (grass fed meats, fruits and veggies, certain spices, et cetera), you slowly start to re-introduce one thing at a time back into your diet to see what your body can tolerate.
