Myles O'Reilly's video: Backwards To Go Forwards Full documentary

@Backwards To Go Forwards [Full documentary]
Arbutus Yarns Presents came together with Islander and made this documentary to take a little snapshot (of a very small portion) of what special things are happening in Irish folk and traditional music right now. The explicit reason for this project was to bring new curious ears and eyes to Irish folk and traditional music, so we would hugely appreciate any shares and little notes of your own to bring this music to more people. Engagement on these posts bring it to many more people, so please do share it if you enjoy it. The artists featured here are as follows: This is How we Fly Cormac Begley Saileog and Muireann Ní Cheannabháin (Muireann of Mongoose [in]famy) Radie Peat, Cormac Mac Diarmada & Brian Flanagan of Rue Ye Vagabonds Slow Moving Clouds The Bonny Men Zoe Conway + John Mc Intyre Interviews thoughtfully conducted by Myles O Reilly, Martin Mackie and Donal Dineen. Thank you sincerely to all of the artists who gave their time to create this, and to Arts Council Ireland Traditional Arts department for believing in the project. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
