Research suggests some forty million Americans— maybe someone you know—visit pornography sites regularly. While watching consenting adults is perfectly legal, aspects of the porn industry can be problematic. For example, studies show about half of avid viewers found their tastes changed so they were increasingly drawn to extreme porn that had previously disgusted them. that means it’s more and more difficult for porn producers to make money without painful, extreme scenes and very young-looking women.
