Instead of styling my curly hair in a wash and go, I attempted to do a silk press on my natural hair and it was a fail. I was so scared to damage my curls by the heat, that my silk press did not actually "press" my hair at all lol! I have not had a silk press hairstyle in over 6 years. I plan to go get my natural hair professionally trimmed, pressed, and styled after this heat wave of weather. Hope I gave you a good laugh with my attempt to straighten my hair lol.
