सहस्त्रधारा देहरादून से मात्र 16 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर राजपुर गांव के पास स्थित है। यहां स्थित गंधक झरना त्वचा की बीमारियों की चिकित्सा के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। इसकी चिकित्सा संबंधी कुछ अन्य उपादेयताएं भी हैं। खाने-पीने और अन्य तरह की चीजें बेचने वाली दुकानों के होने से यह जगह पिकनिक के लिहाज से बेहद उपयुक्त है। काफी परिवारो को यहां पर मौज-मस्ती करते हुए देखा जा सकता है। अन्य लोगों की तरह यह जगह बच्चों के बीच भी समान रूप से लोकप्रिय है। यह पूरी जगह अपने आप में एक अजूबा है। पहाड़ी से गिरते हुए जल को प्राकृतिक तरीके से संचित किया गया है। यहाँ से थोडी दूर एक पहाड़ी के अंदर प्राकृतिक रूप से तराशी हुई कई छोटी छोटी गुफाएँ है, जो बाहर से तो स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई नहीं देती किंतु इन गुफा में जब प्रवेश करते है तो देखते हैं कि गुफाओं की छत से अविरत रिमझिम हल्की बारिश की बौछारें टपकती रहती है। बस यही सहस्त्रधारा है। वहां कई लोग अपने पोलियो ग्रस्त बच्चों को गंधक के पानी में नहलाते हुए नजर आते हैं। यह जगह छोटी सी है, जहाँ कुछ घंटे जरूर रुक सकते हैं। चाय पानी नाश्ते का भी सुचारु इंतज़ाम है। कुछ हस्तकला की चीजों की दूकाने भी है। Sahastradhara, meaning thousand fold spring, is one of the most popular tourist destinations located in Dehradun in Uttrakhand state of India.
