5 Facts you do not know about Transformers One: 1. The movie was originally titled Transformers High Moon. This title was used during production, probably a reference to the Cybertron games. 2. There are 3 deleted scenes in this movie. One would have featured Megatron as a gladiator like his modern iterations, another features him and Orion Pax playing an arcade game in Iacon with ''The Touch'' theme in 8-bit, and the last one is Orion, Elita, Soundwave, and Shockwave exiting the energon train after crashing it into Sentinel's tower. 3. From its ''rework'' and full production in 2019 to the release, One's story was the same. There is no early draft, but, before Josh Cooley was attached to direct, One's tone was much more silly and full of jokes. Cooley made the movie darker. 4. The minicon weaponizer Aerobolt from the Robots in Disguise 2015 cartoon was at one point considered for the movie, and had concept art, but was cut for unknown reasons. 5. One's production team confirmed Megatron did indeed shed tears of sadness at the end of the movie when he was banished from Iacon, as evident by the liquid around his eyes.
