Situated in Delhi NCR at Rewari in Haryana, this museum, established in 1893, holds the distinction of being the sole surviving steam locomotive shed in the country. Within its walls, it preserves some of India's last operational steam locomotives, including the renowned Fairy Queen, the world's oldest functional steam locomotive, dating back to 1855. Positioned just 400 meters north of the Rewari railway station entrance, the museum is conveniently accessible, situated 50 km from Gurgaon and 79 km from the National Rail Museum at Chanakyapuri in New Delhi.
