After a long 18 months of grounding this train for safety concerns, finally, this train is now back in service after upgrading the train and route with all the possible safety measures. The entire 21km Neral-Matheran 2 feet narrow gauge route was re-opened from 26th January 2018. Enjoy the beautiful visuals as our toy train descends through the ghat. The fare for Neral-Matheran in 2nd class is Rs75 and R300 for 1st class. This is just a short trailer video of the entire joy ride.
