The Cabinet has approved over ₹3,20,000 crore worth of infrastructure projects under the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme, including the development of 12 industrial nodes/cities. With 4 smart cities already developed, 4 under construction, and 12 new projects approved, the mission is clear: build plug-and-play infrastructure that enables investors to efficiently set up their manufacturing units and start commercial production. Land acquisition for city development has already been completed.
