Stephen Sullivan, Tight End NFL Draft: 2020 / Round: 7 / Pick: 251 Donaldsonville ➡️ Baton Rouge ➡️ Seattle The Seattle Seahawks moved back into the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft just in time to select LSU tight end Stephen Sullivan with the No. 251 overall pick. Seattle traded a 2021 sixth-round choice to the Miami Dolphins for the spot. The Seahawks have Sullivan officially listed as a wide receiver for now. Sullivan was a national top-10 wide receiver prospect and first-team All-Louisiana selection as a high school senior. He played four seasons for the Tigers and split time at both wideout and tight end. Stuck behind an impressive array of offensive talent at LSU, Sullivan only managed 12 receptions for 130 yards in 14 games played during the National Championship campaign. He logged just two starts his final season. Sullivan will join Seattle’s receivers this offseason when they return to the field to compete for quarterback Russell Wilson’s time. He marks the eighth and final pick to round out the Seahawks’ 2020 draft class.
