NJ's video: How to Create Seamless Patterns in Illustrator CS6: Adobe Illustrator for beginners

Hello designers! Here is a short tutorial about creating a seamless pattern in Illustrator CS6. With the new pattern creation feature you can easily create tiled seamless patterns. Step 1: Create a pattern of your choice. I am using colored circles. Step 2: Group the objects of your pattern together "Cmd + G". Step 3: Create seamless repeating patterns using Illustrator CS6's new tools: Go to Object - Pattern - Make. This brings up the Pattern Options panel - on the right side of my screen, and of course you can adjust the appearance of pattern. Play with the settings. Step 4: Your new pattern will appear in "swatches". Try to fill any area to see the result. Step 5: Enjoy!
