Smält smöret och låt det svalna. Vispa ägget och sockret pösigt. 3. Blanda vetemjöl, bakpulver och citronskal. Rör ner det i äggvispet. Blanda ner smöret. 4. Bred ut smeten i en smord springform, ca 24 cm i diameter. Strö över blåbär och grädda pajen på nedersta falsen 50-60 minuter. 5.
