NRI Samay's video: North Dakota Access Pipeline the Native Americans their rights and more

North Dakota Access Pipeline is not just about the protests, it also highlights something very deep rooted in our society - our indifference to the struggles of the Native Americans or to put in the Indian context, the Adivasis. From the Adivasis in Bastar to the Native Americans, the issues from Right to livelihood to Right to access to land - all remain the same. Mamatha Kodidela had visited the Standing Rock and got a first hand glimpse of the situation. She spoke to NRI Samay on the current situation on the ground and about the Native Americans in general.
