In this video I'll be profiling American Airlines recently refurbished 737-800 from CLT to EWR. In an effort to “harmonize and optimize” their narrow body fleet, American has been updating their planes to mirror the cabins on their new 737-MAXs. This has resulted in 12 additional seats being squeezed into their existing 737-800s and as you can expect, many people have raised concerns about passenger comfort. But is it really that bad? In this review I’ll try to answer that question on an hour and 50 minute flight from Charlotte to Newark in Economy. Price: $122 Plane: 737-800
