Xu Mingqi graduated with a Master of Arts degree in TESOL. Xu is the head of the IBDP history department at Shanghai World Foreign Academy, in addition to working as an International Baccalaureate examiner and assessment developer for the subject of History. Throughout his time in the TESOL program, he integrated linguistic knowledge into his history lessons and also acquired various cutting-edge technological teaching methods from his professors. As he moves forward, he remains dedicated to working in the field of education, and plans to pursue interdisciplinary research inTESOL and history subjects during his future doctoral studies.
