I haven't touch the bar for 2 months. I've been mainly lifting. I have gotten stronger on my lat pull downs. I am currently pulling down 280 lbs for 3-4 reps, so I figured I would give muscle ups for a try. Hit a PR of 10. My previous PR was 8. Enjoy! As always like and subscribe. Stay NaTTy FiT
