This has been the most difficult Ramadan in my life. At first I felt guilty for feeling so, but I learned that its a time that unearths a lot of the difficulty for many people. Yet throughout this month I learnt an importance lesson. To never feel ashamed of my vulnerability or difficulties, but my fasting made me realise to be proud of my perseverance to stand strong in front of all the challenges we face. Whether they are physical, spiritual, emotional or psychological we will stand strong and come out of this month stronger than we ever were. That's what its about.
