The beautiful Jory Redding, being her true self. Getting the "Virtue" award at school was, in her mind, manipulation by a bureaucracy (the school) as a way to control students' behavior. While, of course, in some way it's an honor, Jory saw irony in this as she did in all things. Jory looked for both sides of an equation, the tragedy and the comedy. Jory took her own life on May 2, 2016 at the age of 16. She's probably watching this and thinking, "Well, look at the irony now!" From her family and friends, Jory we will miss your beauty and humor everyday. Please watch this and see the humor, no pity, Jory would never want that.
